Dans cette situation, le Yoga peut \u00eatre b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour les individus qui souhaitent se red\u00e9couvrir, prendre conscience de leur unit\u00e9 et de leur int\u00e9grit\u00e9, reprendre confiance en eux et progresser dans leur vie, ou tout du moins, maintenir le cap de l&rsquo;abstinence et ne pas \u00eatre tent\u00e9s par une rechute.<\/p><p>Le Yoga peut \u00eatre sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un compl\u00e9ment aux diverses th\u00e9rapies pour aider les individus \u00e0 mieux lutter contre leur d\u00e9pendance et \u00e0 maintenir leur abstinence.
